What is a renovation loan?
A renovation loan is a personal loan used to fund home improvement projects, big or small. You get the funds upfront in a single lump sum, not released in stages. Work can start as soon as you're ready.
Unlike refinancing your mortgage or drawing down on your home equity, a renovation loan is unsecured, meaning no property or assets are required as security. It can be a practical way to invest in your home without disrupting your existing lending arrangements.
At Armstrong's Finance, we're a licensed financial advice provider, not a bank. This means we work across a panel of lenders to find the right loan for your home renovation. A single bank can only offer its own products; we look across many at once.
