All finance approvals are subject to individual lender credit criteria and responsible lending requirements. 

Fees payable by you 

Our service fee (also known as an Establishment, Origination, Dealer, Broker, or Introducer fee) for arranging finance on your behalf varies between $0.00 and $2,500, depending on the type of loan arrangement. This fee is included in your loan structure and repayments rather than charged separately. 

This fee relates to the specialised broking services we provide in assessing your needs and arranging a suitable lending solution. If you do not go on to enter a credit contract, you will not be charged. 

Lender fees and charges 

In addition to our service fee, individual lenders may charge their own fees, such as establishment, PPSR, or ongoing account or maintenance fees. These vary by lender and loan type, and we will discuss any lender fees that apply before you proceed with an application.

Armstrongs Finance Limited is remunerated by commission paid by lenders. Commission rates vary between lenders and products, and we may receive different rates from different lenders depending on the loan arranged. 

We manage this as a conflict of interest through our policies, procedures, and training, which are designed to ensure our recommendations are based on your individual needs and circumstances, not on the commission we receive.
